Tomorrow is officially the last day of our Social Justice Documentary Video class. As you may know, we began this documentary project for the class and have been working tirelessly on it all semester. Dash of Change grew into something much huger than a class project, it is literally a part of all of us now! We’ve learned so much about the nutrition problem in Washington, D.C. and about Operation Frontline and the amazing programs it offers to work towards a solution. With that I just want to say that even though our class is ending and we are all moving on to different things, this particular project will never end for us. We made this film with the purpose of raising awareness about nutrition issues and about one innovative group working to improve them. We sincerely hope that Dash of Change will serve as a positive tool for Operation Frontline in the future. Please share this video with your family, friends, co-workers, strangers…whoever, so we can get the word out about this program! Share Our Strength holds Operation Frontline classes in a number of different cities and is always looking to expand their reach and help more people. Thank you all again for your support!

The end….?
May 10, 2008Premiere!
April 30, 2008I can’t believe we finally have a finished product! After hours and hours of footage and some pretty serious setbacks we have finally produced something that we can all be truly proud of! Obviously this means we are eager to show the film off, and this Thursday is our first opportunity to do so on the big screen. We are having our premiere this Thursday, May 1st at 7pm in the New South Film Screening Room at Georgetown University. For more information or if you would like to attend please contact us!
Thanks,
Regina
…And, we’re done!
